► Your Union
Becoming a student at the Royal Welsh College means you’re automatically a member of the Students’ Union which is run independently of the college by one Sabbatical Officer (the President) and four Student Officers all of whom are here throughout the year to make sure your time at the College and in Cardiff is as amazing as possible!
This is a very exciting time for your Students’ Union as we have just implemented a new constitution. This new constitution has you, the students, at its heart.
It will mean that we are a lot more accountable to you through the means of the new Student Council; a group of students who meet with the SU Executive team at least once a term and check to make sure that all your needs are being met.
One of our foremost aims is to keep you up to date with what we are doing and this year it is even easier. We are in the second year of our successful publication, the News Leak, our bi-monthly student newspaper.
With such unique and talented students at our college it really is a vibrant and exciting Students’ Union. The SU is here for the duration of your time here, whether it’s for support and advice or to just make sure you have a great time, we are here for you,
as your Students’ Union!
